We can design and engineer custom, bespoke units suitable for specific needs and applications. The most significant features of our standard designs are as follows:
- Compliant with DNV Standard for Certification No. 2.7-1 Offshore Containers and No. 2.7-2 Service Containers.
- High tensile carbon steel design, coating system compliant with Norsok M-501 and ISO 12944.
- Standard design suitable for design temperature of -20ºC, lower temperature (-40ºC) as option.
- Forklift pockets and certified lifting lugs and lifting set.
- Stackable up to two heights without requiring to detach the lifting slings.
- Internal tie down points for secure cargo fastening.
- Custom designs for special cargo or load configurations, and stable lifting arrangements.
- Custom designs including shelves, intermediate decks, workbenches, overhead / cranes, etc.
- Other dimensions and ratings upon request.
- Optional design compliant with DNV’s Standard for Certification No 2.7-3 for extended ratings up to 50 tons.
Other types of configurations can be identically considered, including the design of A60 rated modules compliant with DNV 2.7-2 and Norsok Z-015, including fire protection engineering, ventilation and pressurization, and installation of equipment suitable for hazardous areas.

We design and engineer modular packages integrating different equipment and disciplines into functionally independent units, and can deliver an integrated scope of supply comprising basic design, detail engineering, procurement, fabrication, testing and pre-commissioning. We also provide project management services to control all the different stages described above.
By providing an integrated scope of supply and acting as a single source in your supply chain we take over the responsibility of liaising between different contractors on your behalf, minimizing the associated risks and impact to scheduling and budgetary constraints.
We have experience in the development of projects intended for operation in harsh environmental conditions (low temperature, strong winds, etc), hazardous areas (ATEX Zones 1 and 2), and developed under strict regulations and standards for operation and certification (DNV Class or Offshore Standards, and NORSOK, for packages to be installed onboard MODUs, as well as ocean-going vessels under Class requirements).

We offer weekly project updates detailing progress and, where appropriate, highlighting any deviations which have been detected, their causes, and our suggestions to mitigate their consequences. If we might fail to appropriately detect any measurable deviation, or act upon any detected deviations, we will voluntarily undertake to meet the obligations laid out in our professional guarantee as described below, in addition to whatever contractual terms might kick in.

To mitigate this potential issue we offer local presence at your premises during the kick-off and early project stages, ensuring that the basic design requirements and preferences are well understood and accounted for.
We also offer a wide range of communication channels to ensure constant presence and availability so as to remain in close contact with your team, as well as access to secure data repositories to push project updates on a regular basis.
As an option, we offer project management services during the fabrication and testing stage. By being responsible for the design and engineering package we can ensure that the manufacturer is well aware of project requirements and scopes, simplifying the quotation process, and ensuring proper communication and supervision, back and forth, during the fabrication and testing stage.

Whether a drawing needs to be promptly amended to accommodate an urgent request during plan approval, or a parcel is stuck in customs half way across the world due to incorrect or missing paperwork, or a new batch of PTFE coated bolting material is needed urgently at the installation site, we are here to help, seven days a week.

We constantly review and evaluate new software tools and technologies available in the market so as to be able to provide more complex scopes, be more flexible, and stay relevant.
As an example, we have recently deployed a set of tools enabling us to offer a virtual reality environment for design review and remote collaboration with clients and stakeholders, also acting as foundation for digital twin prototyping.
We can also deliver fully tested and configured environments for finite element modelling and analysis, based upon recognized open source packages, including benchmarks.

Our engineering deliverables and overall performance are covered by a comprehensive insurance policy that offers economic safeguard against a wide range of risks and uncertainties. Specific arrangements can be made on a project basis to extend the coverage, and policies are available upon request.

Where the query might require further action or consultation, or justifiable additional effort, clear estimates will be provided, and acted upon.
